We are delighted you want to shop with us. Here is how it all works.

Payments

Our online payments are processed by Stripe. For security reasons we don't store your credit card information on our website. For click and collect orders you also have the option pay in cash when you pick up your order.


Shipping

All our products have free shipping to the UK and orders are dispatched when ordered by 3pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 11.30am the same working day, except public holidays. Orders after these times are dispatched the next working day. Any orders over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signature required. They usually arrive the next scheduled working day. Orders under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signature required and tracked. Their estimated arrival time is 1 – 3 working days.

Alternatively, we can organise click and collect in our store during business opening times.

Please note that for online purchases, we can only ship to the UK. If you are not resident in the UK, or would like to ship to a country other than the UK, please call us on +44 (0)1843 298062.


Returns

We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail when it comes to our products and handling your orders. We really hope that you are delighted with our products. If there is anything wrong with the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email us on williamwarne@williamwarne.com or call us on +44 (0)1843 298062. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.

If you simply have a change of mind and the product you ordered is not personalised or made specially for you, you can tell us you want to cancel the order within 14 calendar days. To cancel, send us an email on williamwarne@williamwarne.com. You don't have to give us a reason why, but we would be grateful for your feedback. Please clearly state your order number, or describe the item you want to return. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the products safely to us at your own expense.
