Payments, shipping & returns
We are delighted you want to shop with us. Here is how it all works.
Our online payments are processed by PayPal. For security reasons we don't store your credit card information on our website. For click and collect orders you also have the option pay in cash when you pick up your order.
All our products have free shipping to the UK and orders are dispatched the same day. Any orders over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signature required. They usually arrive the next scheduled working day. Orders under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signature required and tracked. Their estimated arrival time is 1 – 3 working days.

If you simply have a change of mind and the product you ordered is not personalised or made specially for you, you can tell us you want to cancel the order within 14 calendar days. To cancel, send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. You don't have to give us a reason why, but we would be grateful for your feedback. Please clearly state your order number, or describe the item you want to return. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the products safely to us at your own expense.
